JBDApps Privacy Policy

This policy describes privacy practices for JBDApps software and this website. It will be updated when app behavior, support practices, or platform requirements change.

Data Collection

JBDApps apps are intended to be privacy-conscious utilities. Actual data collection depends on the specific app and enabled features, and each public app should be reviewed against its real behavior.

Data Usage

When an app stores information locally, that information is used to provide the app's features on the user's device. JBDApps does not use this website to collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

Some app features may contact Apple services, such as App Store pages or update lookups. App Store downloads, purchases, and review flows are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

Analytics

This website does not include analytics scripts by default. If analytics are added later, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.

Crash Logs

Apps distributed through Apple platforms may make crash information available through Apple developer tools when users have enabled sharing with developers. Support requests may also include screenshots, logs, or descriptions that users choose to send.

Everything Clipboard

Everything Clipboard is designed around local clipboard history workflows. Clipboard history and app settings should remain on the user's Mac unless the user chooses to export, share, or send information for support. Optional direct paste workflows may require Accessibility permission. Update checks may contact Apple's App Store service and should not send clipboard history or saved app data to JBDApps.

Voice Command Atlas

The Mac App Store version of Voice Command Atlas reads only the .voicecontrolcommands export the user explicitly chooses in a standard macOS Open dialog. It may securely remember that selection with an app-scoped security bookmark. Edits affect only the selected export until the user re-imports it through Voice Control's Options menu. Command contents, backups, snapshots, and test results stay on the Mac and are not uploaded to JBDApps. The app does not read another app's preferences or restart Voice Control or other system processes.

Aquarium Calculators Web

The browser edition requires a member account with a username and verified email. Clerk handles registration, email confirmation, sign-in, and account security. The website checks your active session and verified membership before providing the calculator.

Aquarium profiles, water-test readings, notes, and saved calculations stay in this browser's local website storage, separated by member account. Calculations and file imports run on your device; aquarium records are not uploaded to JBDApps or Clerk. There is no automatic synchronization with other devices or the native apps. This account separation is not encryption: someone with access to your browser profile can inspect its stored data. Sign out on shared devices and keep backups. Exported CSV and JSON files are saved through your browser's download feature.

Clearing website data, using private browsing, or losing browser storage may remove your records. Keep regular exported backups. A backup restore adds separate aquarium copies instead of replacing existing records. You may delete individual readings or aquarium profiles within the web app, or clear this site's storage through your browser settings. Clearing site storage may also affect other JBDApps tools.

Opening a manufacturer link contacts that manufacturer's website under its own privacy policy. Normal website delivery uses the site's hosting providers; the web calculator adds no analytics or tracking scripts.

Children's Privacy

JBDApps apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact JBDApps so it can be handled appropriately.
